With more than 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Sara’s skill set includes operations, convention services, sales, hotel property management and food and beverage. Prior to Scarritt, Sara has held progressively responsible positions for a number of impressive clients. Most recently, Sara served as Director of Food and Berage for a nationally recognized five star resort – the Phoenician. Sara received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, IL.
