Ericka has more than 10 years of experience in high-end resort sales and marketing, as well as event planning. At Scarritt Group, Ericka’s responsibilities include managing organization of meetings for more than 50 companies and associations in 42 countries, as well as overseeing all aspects of conference planning from site selections, hotel site selection and contract negations, group transportation, and vendor and entertainment coordination. Prior to Scarritt, Ericka held numerous senior level sales positions Westin Hotels, Tucson Convention & Visitor’s Bureau, and Banana Republic. Ericka received a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from the University of Arizona.
