Erika has more than 10 years of experience in high-end resort sales and marketing, as well as event planning. At Scarritt, Erika’s responsibilities include overseeing organization of meetings for more than 50 companies and associations in 31 countries, as well as handling all aspects of conference planning from site selections, contract negations, group transportation, and vendor and entertainment coordination. Prior to Scarritt, Ericka held numerous senior level sales positions at the Westin, the Tucson Convention & Visitor’s Bureau, and the Banana Republic. Ericka received a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from the University of Arizona.
